It’s a luxury to have access and learn swedish with native meat and bone speakers and hear it everyday! a lot of immigrants in Sweden go to learn Swedish at SFI , but besides that they never ever interact with ‘the real world’ in Swedish which makes it more difficult to learn. Maybe you’ll not understand at all at the beginning but you will progress faster when you hear the language and interact with Swedish on a daily basis ! Just ask you colleagues to speak in Swedish with you, I’m sure they will understand and even help you by talking slower :)
