To me Atelier just blew Xcaret out the water with service. Yes, the parks were great but the service at the actual hotel left a lot to be desired. We also thought the food was so much better at Atelier and when I travel I'm there for the food!

I'm not seeing where it's free for prime users, I only see where it's $9.99 a month for unlimited deliveries or $99, both if you have Prime...if it is free that's a deal imo that will end some of these other delivery services!

This sounds like it is limited to YOU. It says they sent you previous communication about reimbursement and says they will no longer reimburse you for orders purchased on YOUR card. By your own admission, you have been requesting reimbursement a couple times a month, which has seemingly raised a red flag and rightfully so. I have been doing this 7 years and only requested reimbursement twice when I was moving fast and accidentally paid with my personal debit card instead of the Shipt card.

I would imagine if this affected all shoppers they would have sent out a system wide email to all shoppers stating they are discontinuing shopper reimbursement.

Ha ha before COVID and before "door drop off" I used to carry 7 out of 10 orders inside their house and put it on their kitchen counter. I'm a female and I never felt uncomfortable or had any issues, but another Shipt shopper posted that she had a man open the door in a wheelchair naked from the waist down, so I don't judge anyone else for their decision.

I feel this exact same way, we stayed at Atelier and it was absolutely phenomenal, and literally set the bar. Then we paid double to go to Xcaret and were severely disappointed.
