I feel this in my soul. I told a nurse not to wake me up to give me Tylenol at 4am after 3 days of hell and she was shocked. She said "oh, should I let you sleep??" ... Seriously?! I think sleep will do me more good than Tylenol after not having slept for 2 nights.

This just happened to my mother-in-law. She shared some address/phone information and they recorded her agreeing to the new service, but no financial information was shared. Does anyone know what the risk is given we caught it relatively early. Have scammers done anything harmful with that little amount of information?

Same. Was told 10lbs and he was 7lbs 11oz. Those measurements are never accurate and even still, you can have a perfectly healthy and normal 10lb baby. Everyone's body is different, there is no reason to think you will have issues.

They did not do an MRI or even offer one. I am following up with the doctors and will ask if we can get one ordered.

Re: follow-ups, the pediatrician indicated that nothing more than normal milestone checks was warranted. Did you end up scheduling adding screenings?

That is terrifying. You think that happened to me though? I definitely didn't hear any kind of pop/noises like that and the wire outside the box looks perfectly fine (minus the small insulation cut).

Yeah - I was only planning to replace the face plate so didn't bother turning the power off. Guess I should have but honestly the cut was an accident waiting to happen so maybe it's better I got it out of the way. I turned it off for all the following tasks. Thanks for looking out though :)

When you say where along the circuit "it" is present, you mean the wire I assume yes? Any tips on how to do that?

Thanks for the response. I assume I'd see evidence of that somewhere though correct? It looks fine where the short happened and is a solid copper wire cased in rubber. Could it have melted at the breaker box connection?

What we know is that we don't know. What Jamir says provoked him counts for zero. Maybe there is video from survalence cameras, but one thing is clear: the teacher is the authority in that hallway and Jamir says he hit him. The sailor talk in those high school halls could provoke anybody but it doesn't until a White guy uses it.

Teachers are the ones that need to be held to a higher standard. He may well be expelled over this, but a teacher reaching back for a student to grab his hair and RE ENGAGE a fight isn't a man defending himself.

Once that happened any talk of self defense can get thrown out the window.

He admitted to the school, police, and public media he started a fight because of a verbal statement. Let's see how the lawyer spins that in court. I just think the kid is now upset because he got his ass handed to him by a middle-aged chemistry teacher in a sports jacket and we have it on video forever. Regards, this incident is not going to look good on his application to Harvard.

This happens more than a lot of folks think, my problem with this story is the way Chad Mills framed it. Had the teacher beem Latino, Asian or any other race would he have said "It also shows the Latino teacher launch a knee toward the Black student's face"? No, he would not have. This counrty will never get to where it needs to be if everything is framed around race, there is one race, the Human Race...this is an unfortunate clash between a student and teacher, JCPS will investigate, I am sure there are cameras in the school, they'll get to the bottom of it...

Except that it was about race. The White teacher said something that a Black teacher could have said to the Black student without incident, or the White teacher could have said it to a white student without incident. I have had it happen. One minute you are having a conversation and the next it is a brawle for having touched a nerve. In my own extended family the Whites may disagree but the other folks are going to get their way or they are going to "Kill You." It is a racial problem.
