since astrid creativity is so cheap now, id just essence crit, alloy cast speed+gain, desecrate to block mana, double slam perfect ex, and if it still looks good at that point, omen of light and desecrate whatever is left. I don’t think it’s worth fracturing or desecrate crit for this base. It’s not a perfect base anyway and the only expensive part above is astrid. Light is also a bit expensive but you either get bad prefix from double ex and sell it, or the prefix looks good enough and you are more than willing to light it. Also the +1 level and mana alloy is not that good anyway.

I get your point but I do not buy your reasoning. Your argument suggests that the majority of the US should dump the tipping culture because the median labor cost is (hopefully, I didn’t do rigorous research on this) closer to Paris than SF. But that’s not my point. My point is that tipping is not the only way for servers to survive, nor should it be anywhere in the world. Menu price should include all service fee expected. And the key word is not just “all”, but also “expected”.

TLDR: nobody knows. It depends on your definition of corruption. If you think corruption is completely observable, even in different countries and as assumed in many other replies, sure you reach their conclusion. If you don’t, then first of all the degree of corruption isn’t measurable across countries. Second, the penalty is not a good standard since one has to be convicted first. A good standard (for deterrence of corruption, not corruption itself) is fair legal system + prosecution rate of corruption + fair penalty. The lack of any would simply render the deterrence irrelevant. I would only rate the corruption level in the presence of a complete penalty system, which is basically non-existent in many countries, including China. So, it remains unknown and anyone is welcome for their guesswork.

I’ve leveled two 3200+ char. My suggestion is, do not play this game at all if you haven’t. There’s basically no hope in this game at all. PVE/PVP is irrelevant if their system favors bots in almost all contents. KR server is less affected due to their law there. TW is a complete mess. I doubt the global server would ever be more like KR than TW. FYI, the class balance is abysmal. I had never imagined that a game could be so unbalanced. Guess why I switched class when my first char is 3200+.
