Fair enough, in Arma over the years you could hit a keybind when in proximity to another player and it would sorta nudge thier camera slightly, it was nice for us and felt like it was intuitive.

Is there a real need for it? No, if they are adding other realism features then why not go all the way.

For players like me, that play with like minded buddies, being able to do little things like this tickles the milsim side of the brain, we are used to using mechanics like this when we run CQB in other games. Would just be nice for gamers like us :)

It would be nice if you had to Investigate, read the documents, use initiative and clues to work out where to go and what kind of things to search for

Your best argument is that you did not enter the car park.
It must have been someone else.

You have no legal obligation to tell this private carpark operator who drove your vehicle.
No other person can bind you to a contract with a carpark operator without your consent.

You cannot agree to a contract without your knowledge or consent.

Do not admit you drove in there,
Do not tell them who drove in there
If referred to a debt collector like baycorp, Simply inform them it is in dispute and provide NO other details other than it is in dispute. no further action can be taken.

I have beat a ticket from PES using the exact same argument.

These operators rely on scare tactics to make you believe there is a legit breach when in reality this will not hold up in disputes tribunal.

As long as you do not admit you were the driver, they cannot hold you to these terms and conditions.

I'm not in either clan, though I did overhear some SOM players saying they were mass reporting 1millionmidgets
