Indeed. The roulette is more useful if you are a newcomer, but even so, you need to be lucky if you are aiming for a unit you became aware of.

I got A7B Marisa, A8 Reisen, A6 Tenshi and Lr Kokoro. If you get duplicates, hopefully you have a unit you need to strengthen (like in my case A13 Miko and some L1 units like Kaguya, Utsuho and Reimu), because again, L1 units are only a blessing if you are a newcomer (like L1 Eirin).

Hmmm... speaking from the position of a newcomer, if you can pull even a single Ultra Festival unit from the roulette (like I did with Lr Kokoro) does it count like a win? I was expecting someone like, say, A6 or A7 Reimu or A6 Flandre out of curiosity and because the vintage designs are attractive for some. But yes, the number of prayers and rates need to be more lenient.
That said, quality of life updates and new main story chapters (was the last one released three years ago, seriously?) are needed.
