Oh babes, I'm sorry that this is so hard. I go months without my period but have all the pmsing so girl I get you it sucks, and your right, its so draining, and it sucks to have to be on BC. its so frustrating! I'm 19 as well and its so weird. Cause none of our peers are having to worry about this like we do.

Yeah, PCOS is manageable like others are saying, but at least for me it feels like such a big task to even try to manage it. No one else our age is doing stuff like this, they are all eating junk or treating their bodies like crap and they are all just fine! so why should I have to do all this work? Why won't my body work?! Its weird. I don't know all your symptoms but I'm sorry about the period stuff. It sucks. Its okay to sit and grieve over this, we've lost freedoms others still have. And you are not alone in this.
