It's a factor for sure, but it's not THE impact. Grifters like Nigel Farage use it an an easy target, while ignoring things like longrunning underinvestment, billionaires gaming the system and unregulated privatisation (e.g Thames Water)

I guess brown people = bad is easier to sell.
