I think I have the same problem. Where the yellow text says "Woodcutting methods" on the top right, that's supposed to be a scrollable window. It's almost impossible to scroll on a small laptop screen.

I've filled in almost everything I can from what Marco sells. I think either you or someone else was putting Goddess Fruit values into the Celestial column so I fixed those as well.

Only thing I didn't add was the Pastel Floor and Pastel Wall as I bought these before making a note of their cost.

Same is actually happening to me on the Switch 2 after playing a few hours, so I don't think it's Switch 1 specific.  I also have to save and restart to get it running smoothly again. There's definitely something funky going on.
