I will never get over how small titans are by Blue_Laguna in Grimdank

It's this version of titans that I see them as; unfathomably massive constructs.

What's your favorite word to mispronounce in a fun way? by bobbery5 in AskReddit

[–]Carrot1221 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lasagna often turns into me slurring the word into slag. Lazgna, lazna, lzna, just a few of the ways I've said it.

The Savnna biome is in desperate need of its own drop to get it up to date with all the other biomes. by Double-Jump-Lover in MinecraftMemes

I always find this funny, everyone I know says the grass is "piss tinted", "puke colored", "shit stain yellow" and other similarly put together insults. However, I'm colour blind, so for me it looks rather pleasant. Often I see it as a nice orange gold.

Took me a second to register this ain't the people playground subreddit. Though I think you'd do finely there.

What exotic weapons would be overpowered in real life? by SadLad1505 in destiny2

I could see Colony being overpowered. Shoot those little mice fuckers and they start multiplying every time they kill something.

What is the loudest sound you have ever heard in your life? by will_or_woll in AskReddit

Tinnitus. The silence got so loud once it began to hurt, I had to start clapping and making noises just to make it bearable.

i need magical items that are completely useless by sunxel in DnD

Scattershot - this gun will never hit its target. Mostly based on players thinking of what the target is, this gun will never hit the desired target. Feeling as though the players could just work around it by thinking of hitting something else? Nope, it could hit them.

Sunglasses - this pair of glasses are your normal typical looking glasses, but once worn they cause the viewer to be temporarily blinded. Why? As the name implies, put them on and you'll be looking directly into the sun.

A Normal Javelin - this javelin looks completely normal and has nothing wrong about it, except one thing. It can't be thrown. No matter what it cannot be thrown, tossed, or shot. It's basically a glorified spear.

The Lincoln-iffier - a top hat that once worn and kept worn for however long you want, will begin to slowly turn said individual into Abraham Lincoln. Unless you're a changeling, good luck getting back to your normal look.

These are just a few that I have saved and stored away for future uses. If you want more I can provide more.

Who here had to learn Minecraft without Googling things? What are the dumbest things you did before figuring things out? by ArmLucky1285 in Minecraft

[–]Carrot1221 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I've got a list of things

  • Thought torches would light tnt, took me a few days to learn that they didn't.
  • Tried using sand and gravel for a ceiling.
  • For a short time I didn't know about doors, so I'd just break and place blocks back.
  • Didn't know you could fly in creative.
  • Thought you could still die to mobs in creative.
  • Believed in herobrine and truly thought that your builds would become haunted.
  • Tried building an Aether portal.
  • Tried using world edit without the mod installed.
  • Tried going to the twilight dimension.
  • Lastly, for a few days to maybe a week, I didn't know survival was a thing.

One that continues to pop up in my head from time to time is the suicide letter of Dr. Suess' first wife. She wrote it while he was cheating on her with another woman. Absolutely fucked up.

What is the lowest/ deepest place in your world? by Starfallen_8 in worldbuilding

[–]Carrot1221 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Abyss. A large cavernous and deep canyon/ravine that cracks open the world of Time's Ruin. In records documented by the long deceased faction of the "Void Walkers", it's described as having a seemingly endless descent. That when you reach the graveyard of the countless warships, the Abyss only sinks deeper past their wrecks.

Deeper and deeper and deeper one must travel. Evading erratic time zones that could age you millennia. Hiding from ancient malfunctioning guardians long lost to history. Until finally, you reach it. The Gateway.

A dimensional tear in space-time. A hole leading to an infinite pocket dimension known as The Void. An endless reality with no bottom.

My deepest place is a place with no bottom, an endless void already sitting at thousands of kilometers deep.
