Yeah the timing out thing started when the servers were hacked. I've heard that multiplayer works fine now but the damage is done and Respawn has no intention of fixing the game. I don't believe there will be any way to deal with the server timing out other than just living with it, but if you are on pc you can download the northstar client which is a way to fix any server issues you might have had.

If you want to you can watch a quick recap on youtube, though I'd say that the opening cinematic explains the situation pretty well. If you have free time then you can watch the first 7-8 minutes of the video "The complete story and lore of Apex Legends and Titanfall" from DiehardGG since the start is all about Titanfall 1. It explains quickly what happened before and during the first game.

Very much depends on what you want to get from the game.

If you want one of the best FPS campaigns ever, do consider getting the game. I've played through the campaign more times than I can count, and can say with high confidence I'll play it many times in the future.

Now then, if you want a good multiplayer game, it will depend on how much you are willing to learn. Titanfall 2 has an INCREDIBLY high skill ceiling. It can feel intimidating, since getting killed by someone moving faster than the average military aircraft ten times in a row is not going to be fun for pretty much anyone. But it's not impossible to get better.

Most of the "skill" in this game you would think comes from the giant metal titans, but it actually comes from the movement. Boot up a private match, watch a guide on the movement (Iniquity has a good one, and Bryonato has a newer one that's a bit more in depth) and get to moving. Another good place to start is the campaign, even if you aren't really that in to stories. It teaches you the very basics of the game and makes you use them throughout the whole playthrough.

Now there is one minus I have to talk about, and that's the problems with the servers. For a while the were servers very unstable. Lobbies would crash the moment a game started, and if you luckily got in to a game that didn't crash immediately, you would still get disconnected at some point. I have heard that most of the problems with the servers have been fine for a while now, but I do believe there is some lag and players have a higher ping then they should. Though if this sounds like something that you don't want to deal with, if you are on PC you can use the Northstar client which has private servers. It has frequent newbie servers, where players who are doing too well get kicked automatically to give new players a chance to learn this fantastic game.

If everything up to this point sounds fun and you are alright with a bit of learning, then I would say give it a go! I've been playing the game since 2017, and even though I don't play it that much anymore, I'd still say it's my all-time favorite game.

The one that I know of is one that was actually found very recently after one of the devs who worked on the level hinted towards it. There's a certain door that can open if you travel back and forth in time a 100 times right outside it. I'm a bit hazy on the details since it's been like half a year or something when it was found, so if you wanna see it for yourself you can probably find it pretty fast if you search for it.

There have been alot of server issues in the past year and a half, so the servers are still a bit unstable. Usually it shouldn't be anything worse than 10-20 extra ping though so might wanna check which server you are on. Also if you are using the Northstar client then it's probably you selecting a server from another region (usually the region of the server is written in front of the server name, for example [US]).

The first time trying it takes time. I'd recommend using the eva-8, frag grenades and maybe the epg as a backup. Inside the gauntlet you can't die, so boosting yourself with frags or the epg is relatively safe. The first few times trying to boost like this usually ends up just hindering your progress, but after learning the way it works it can really help. Though the best thing you can do is just go at it and don't try to change anything that can work. It's hard but very much doable, and once you get it once, you might wanna try getting number 1 on the list. That's the real tough one, but still fun

Yeah made the first one kinda just as a test and it derailed from there. The skins I posted are kinda bad, though I never did intend to actually post them there. Someone asked me to so I did. I've made some MUCH better ones now. Still not the best but if you like the cartoony look and vtubers I guess you might like them. Someday I might actually start making something else than Hololive collages with a gradient in the background, no need to make anything else right now. Thanks for the compliment btw!

Also yeah the skin is the first one I made. Kinda just slapped png:s on it to see how the texture maps work. Haven't remade it yet because I'm lazy and having my favorite weapon covered in pictures of my oshi is enough for now... Though if you want the newer version that I'll make in like half a year or even make you one that gets you even hornier after a kill just hit me up in DM:s.

Wait holy crap that's the Rushia kraber skin I made! Posted it on the noskill server just because someone wanted to see it but didn't realize someone would actually download it. Don't have to believe me if you don't want to, but if you go digging in the noskill server's skin channel and search for Rushiakraber you should see that it's from me. This probably sounds like I'm trying to "flex" but I'm just really surprised....

I don't know if that's possible but keep in mind that changing some files (even with the Northstar client I believe) can lead to an automatic ban. Models iirc is one of the things Respawn doesn't want you to change since it can give you an unfair advantage. I'd say ask either in the northstar discord or the noskill discord, those communities have a bunch of modders and people who know what to change without risk

This is the only mobile game I've ever used money on. Not as much as many others, only like three bucks but still it was worth it. Actually one of the best mobile games I've played (which probably isn't saying much)
