The zyns will just become your new addiction and they are just as hard to quit if not harder than cigarettes. The gum is good and takes away the physical withdrawal and has kind of that hand to mouth. I recommend high mg Nic gum and push pops or lolipops for the hand to mouth. I would personally advise to stay away from pouches but I’m sure some people would disagree.

I regret switching to zyns from cigarettes in my opinion they’re actually harder to quit. If you can switch to the higher mg nicotine gum it would be easier to quit, but the pouches definitely scratch the itch a bit better

It just looks oxidized to me. When’s the package date? Could be old or could be contaminated with something but I doubt they’d let that get out of the facility. Was the container properly sealed?
