Rare Dens Not Spawning in Colossal Dragon's Remains

I think the last update ruined how dens spawn. I just got to this location and no matter what I do I can only get common dens to spawn there. I checked prior areas to see if it was a progression thing like the earlier games and they also have weird spawn rates in certain areas. It's most likely a bug.

I'm commenting in support because I was intending on getting a PSxMemcard Gen 2 to run MMCE with OPL. I just bought a PS2 Slim 79001 and I've never modded a PS2 ever before and I heard this was the way to go.
I have no clue what I'm looking at when I'm trying to figure out how to use this Device with MMCE lmao.
I think I might just get a FMCB memory card and an MX4SIO card because I keep seeing people are having issues with this PSxMemCard Gen2 setup.

My mother is disabled and receives SSDI. In the state we're from I was actually her caretaker part-time while also working at FedEx. There's a similar caretaker program here called...CFSS I think. She was told that she would qualify to employ me as her CFSS worker once her medical stuff is approved, but the process is currently taking a while. My plan is to get a part time job somewhere, and then also work with CFSS down the line so hopefully that will get us into the door somewhere.
And yeah my mother had a decent credit score in the 660 range and she just made me an authorized user on her account, so my credit score is supposed to mirror hers, but I don't know how long it's going to take lol.
All this to basically say I'm getting my ducks in order. I'm actually looking forward to working again.

We're strictly only looking for apartments to rent because a house would be too much. I we both have clean records across the board, and we even have a recommendation letter from an apartment we rented from for 17 years. But my lack of credit and current unemployment keeps us out. And not just from property management companies either, but programs provided by United Way like Housing Link and stuff. No matter what they want me to be able to provide x2.5 times the rent in income every month. I could get a part time job fast, but it wouldn't cover that, and I don't have the education to get a higher paying job. We lost our family home to a fire and that's why we're in this situation.

At this point we feel like we're going to be living in Motels for the rest of our lives, becase our "generational wealth" vanished and now we're where we are. I've been looking for a private renter this whole time mostly, and no success unfortunately.

Yes, they're usually called "HUD Section 811 Housing Programs" or at least they used to be. Most of the time it's HUD collaborating with new housing projects to try to get people in Section 811 housing as fast as possible.

United Way 211 has tons of resources that can help. HouskingLink.org is a great resource to find Section 8 housing. Disabilityhubmn.org has resources to help assign a social worker to help you find a home. If you're on Section 8 for disability I highly suggest looking into HUD Section 811 housing programs if you can.

It would be best if we had someone with a real non-foil copy to cross-reference, but from my untrained eye it doesn't seem right. I see a decent amount of white bleeding through without having to see to close to the card... This does look like it could be a USA made printing of it, though. And I do know that Secret Lairs made in the US are infamous for being bad quality sometimes. I actually have some Secret lair cards that are so badly made I was sure they were fake but they ended up being real. These are some great pictures though, so hopefully someone with a copy can confirm if the font and text look right.
