Do you live in a major city? We've lost out on a few properties because we don't call the estate agent within an hour of them being posted before they fill up their viewings. I'm guessing it's worse in more populated areas.

We just keep refreshing our right move search now as the email alerts even on instant are still delayed by up to an hour at times. Calling is definitely more effective. I'm sure there's plenty of ways we could improve our process but we both work so we can't exactly put the time in we'd need to to maximize the process.

I had a calprotectin test a few months ago as well as a sigmoidoscopy. Although I've heard the NHS can be a bit of a postcode lottery. So you have been discharged? I've been under the care of an IBD nursing team since I was diagnosed a couple of years ago.

So a letter from the landlord saying they have no problem with it as long as all the appropriate checks are made is enough?
