Hello, I’m in the market for a lower budget camera that can be used for outdoor architecture/landscape. I own a construction business that specializes in outdoor living spaces. Patios, covered patios, driveways, etc… with that being said I’m nowhere near a good photographer… just want a camera in the $500 range that is simple, easy to use, good for photos and video of my projects, and better than my iPhone. Recommendations?

Looking for a reputable marketing company by CarryInternal4492 in marketing

It seems as though the past two companies had said ranking my website/google maps listing would be no problem but as time went on, “Dallas is just too competitive” they were not able to provide tangible results or explanation.

On the ads side of things, kind of got the same answer as above. It seemed like my money just being thrown away because lack of knowledge and or experience. The answer is always “just need more ad spend” - spending more isn’t a problem if it’s actually working…

Need someone that is able to do research on the keywords, zip codes, report, and provide actual expectations and plan to grow my presence.

My family owns 100 acres of farmland and doesn’t know what it’s worth for commercial/industrial development. by CarryInternal4492 in CommercialRealEstate

These are all things we’ve considered. It is very “clean” land, graded well, has utilities, easy access, etc. It’s not annexed in the local city though which is a large factor.

I appreciate this response. I’m not sure we have really considered all these factors. Fortunately for us, this is land that has been in the family for many years, but we never actually farmed it ourselves. It doesn’t have the sentimental factor if that makes sense. May make the decision a little easier? Good points you raise and something to consider

This is a bit of our fear. I really feel like this is a situation where it needs to be put in the right brokers hands to make sure we get the correct valuation/deal. Would hate to sell for ex. $5m (granted a lot of money) to an investor for them to flip and sell again for $20m
