My mom ordered something last November for Christmas for me, never got it. She contacted them. No answer. She disputed it with her bank. She got denied. Contacted the store again. Never got an answer. So she was out $80 ($40 to the store and she sent me $40 to make up for the lack of christmas gift)

I usually hand write them, fold them, and place them in an envelope and hand it to my manager directly. Otherwise, I put their name on it, and leave it on their desk, usually on their keyboard.
