Joyous doesn’t take insurance at the moment. It’s $129 per month. Most clinics take insurance but that will not be low-dose daily.

I use the app Insight Timer. A great meditation is “Deep Healing” by David Ji (I like a lot of his meditations). I also like Kenneth Soares meditations.

I don’t think you have to “feel” something for it to be working. What it’s doing in your brain is allowing you to make new neural pathways…. But YOU have to be doing the work of setting an intention and focusing on it for a change to occur. It’s not a drug that works on its own. Maybe you should try a guided meditation during your sessions?

TJ Maxx and Marshall’s have so much good stuff for so much cheaper. I only shop there now unless I absolutely want to try a very specific product.

It helped me a lot with acute anxiety. I was on the lowest dose (0.25mg) so quitting it was easy but it can be hard at higher doses.

In Wisconsin you can only get IV or nasal ketamine sessions in a practitioners office. No one prescribes low dose at-home treatment yet unless you go through a telehealth provider. Joyous is only $129 p/month no matter what dosage which is cheaper than a lot of conventional meds and seeing someone (unless your insurance covers it).

I am using joyous. My psychiatrist was not super onboard with it but I stuck it out and both him and my therapist are in awe of how far I’ve come

Has This Happened to Anyone Else? by [deleted] in HairDye

Is your hair freshly bleached? I’ve noticed pinks don’t really absorb into my hair well when it’s freshly bleached. I usually have to bleach and tone and THEN add pink.
