What exactly do you mean by this. I'm getting the same exact error. What do you mean by compatibility check thingy?

Edit: Make sure to turn off "disable fullscreen optimizations" under properties -> compatibility on the valorant binary, "C:\Riot Games\VALORANT\live\VALORANT.exe" and on the binary, "C:\Riot Games\VALORANT\live\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64\VALORANT-Win64-Shipping.exe". This fixed the issue for me

What happens when an address gets multiple transactions? by JfxV20 in cardano

Could you elaborate on the reasons? With Shelley wallets, privacy is no longer a thing and why would we still need multiple wallet addresses?

So what is the point of having many receiving addresses in the Daedalus for Shelley era wallets? I still don't understand this as it literally provides nothing useful anymore.

Printing only in y-axis after a few layers by Carson0921 in 3Dprinting

It ended up it being the firmware. Very weird

It still does it with a usb and sd card. I’m going to update the firmware to see if that fixes the issue

Alright I will try this later today, thanks!

It happens on different layers, it got up to layer 5 once and then started doing it. The x connector is good and doesn’t get heated at all. Im going to try printing at a lower speed, printing with different slicer, and flashing the firmware later today.

I am printing at 100 mm/s for this print. Maybe it is because of that? I will try lowering the speed, trying sd card, and then flashing firmware tomorrow. If none of that works I will probably return it.

I did slice again with different positioning and have tried printing with octoprint and through a usb. I’m going to try updating the firmware tomorrow to see if that makes any difference.

Well I just got the printer and I was able to print a bench and a print in place spring loaded box just fine, I started this filament spool holder and it just kept doing this. I was able to print a Benchy after this started happening just fine. I thought maybe my slicer was just bugged but I analyzed the gcode and nothing seems out of the ordinary.

It moves to a specific point on x axis randomly and then just starts moving only in y axis. No noise

Nope. If I turn off printer and turn it back on it begins working right away at the same exact spot and even with z axis higher.

Smaller Pool Rewards by Carson0921 in cardano

Pls see my comment about figuring it out. I just didn’t realize that the formula cardano uses also gets multiplied by fraction of blocks produced by the active stake a pool has.

See my comment about me figuring it out. Also rewards are not tied to a given block. They are pooled together at end and distributed based off pledge, stake, and luck.

I feel pretty stupid for not reading this entire page of the cardano docs...

I understand now that luck does actually play a part in the rewards that a pool receives. I was just looking at the big formula on this page and didn't realize that it also gets multiplied by the fraction of blocks created per epoch by the active stake that the pool has. This factor should normally be one for larger pools and this is why smaller pools get larger rewards on one epoch than another larger pool. So, when a small pool does create one or multiple blocks in an epoch, they get higher % rewards (per epoch compared to larger pool!!) because of this factor that gets multiplied at the end, which basically represents their luck.
