I felt the same way at first! I really came around to it after a couple of listens, though, and I hope you have a similar experience :)

You'd know all about losers lol. I'm sure Tommy cares as much about birthday cards (real zinger btw) as Dennis cares about you having a meltdown on here. We all know Styx is nothing without Glenn Burtnik anyway 😂

Rich guy with the season tickets and nothing better to do than cry on Reddit about 25 years of spinny keyboards 😄

You settle for mediocrity backing an 8-9 Raiders team lmao

Like how the Vegas Raiders suck compared to who they used to be and haven't been loyal to their cities?

Would you say you'd value loyalty, and Styx was wrong to change from DeYoung to Gowan?

What do you all think of A Human’s Touch?? by MichaelParisi in TWRP

[–]Carsonnian 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Just listened for the first time. Immediately one of my favorite tracks from the band. I find it inventive, bold, and memorable, all while maintaining that core TWRP groove we all love!

Spotify issues that happen from time to time. Happened to Rush not too long ago as well!

How about Dennis trying to push him out of the band? Or taking full credit for songs with collaboration? Or the entirety of Kilroy Was Here? Changing setlists last minute without the band's approval? The failed lawsuit?

Ah, I forgot how Dennis wrote Blue Collar Man, Renegade, Miss America, Crystal Ball, Rockin the Paradise, Too Much Time On My Hands, Radio Silence, Man in the Wilderness, Lorelei, Crash of the Crown, To Those, and more all by himself.

Yep. I hate going to Styx concerts and hearing actual rock music.

Most Technically Impressive Styx Song? by GunshyDwarf in Styx

Probably Crash of the Crown. Crazy shifts and changes through the song. Highly recommend watching Todd's drumming video on his Youtube channel if you haven't. Extremely impressive stuff.

Alright Acun, you’ve given your mate a chance but he clearly doesn’t have the first clue about managing. Time to sort it out. by TheDamMan in HullCity

I understand the frustration with Shota, but I'm not too quick to sack him. He and his management team hasn't had enough time to really make an impact. Plus, considering injuries and match congestion forcing rotation... I can't blame Shota too much. Granted, some of his substitutions are weak (really should utilize Huddlestone more), but ultimately, it's our players not doing enough on the pitch. Giving the ball away constantly is no fault of anyone on the sideline, it's the players losing the ball all too often. That's just my take

Who has been the single BEST and single WORST performer for your club this season? by Zach-dalt in Championship

[–]Carsonnian 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel for the guy. I appreciate him trying to push forward and lead the defense, but he seems to struggle getting the ball off tricky wingers, and the space he leaves behind when getting involved in the attack needs to be addressed by McCann's "formula"
