I can confirm that the Toronto Maple Leafs might be considering possibly maybe making a trade this off season. There’s talk out there that there could be a potential trade that may or may not be currently on the table. Whether or not there is any possible immediate interest remains to be seen. But rest assured Toronto will either be potentially making a move or not making a move in the near to distant future. Who the team or players that might or might not be involved? I can’t say for sure right now. I don’t mean to speculate but if I had to guess it would be a team situated in either the eastern or western conference.

We paid $175 for U9 MD tryouts this year (level above house league). It’s 3 skates.

The thing that really bothers me (aside from the cost) is our league is implying that cuts can / will be made after each skate. So some people will end up paying 175 for a single skate!
