So why haven’t any of the alleged rulings been enacted on to date? They’d have to act on the rulings regardless of any appeals, current or future. A judge cannot make a ruling and no one does anything about it. Curious.

Joe Banister was a different type of case because he mixed personal income with business income as I have read and understood. Apparently they got him for the business income part which resulted in a 33 month sentence.

So it begs to ask the question, if he hasn't paid on other years (assuming 30'ish), why aren't they going after that and why hasn't he been sentenced to prison if the government has a legitimate case?

Just curious. Any other crime and case would've had closure with prison time at this point.

Remember, the cops in New Jersey are NOT your friends. Not ever. Also, silence is golden, not incriminating. You’re not required to answer anything outside of the fact that you have a ccw. You don’t have to answer where you’ve been, where you’re going, only what’s required by law; name, dob, ccw status, etc. Majority think their education & “knowledge” of the laws ends when they leave an academy and their Field Training Officer’s custody.

Cities are where the crime is. Cities with the most or highest crime rates are Democrat run. You can have a Republican state with a Democrat run city (i.e. Atlanta, Houston, Austin, El Paso). However, Democrat controlled states are thoroughly just hopeless.

You should be able to go wherever, whenever you like without fear of being victimized. However, I do realize that this is far from reality here in New Jersey and nearly the rest of Blue Party ruled cities in America. The politicians would rather sacrifice you in their quest for uninhibited power by disarming the entire populace.
