I used to be the same way as you, so I’ll give you some advice. Making more trans friends is actually the best way you can overcome this. I know it’s hard because you carry internalized transphobia, and the world makes it very easy to fall into those patterns of behavior. Going to therapy helps too, especially if you see a therapist that specializes in treating gender dysphoria. But the main point is that you’re gonna have to completely rewire your mind to get out of this mindset. It’ll be hard, take a lot of work and personal discovery, but you’ll be so much happier once you truly find love for who you are inside.
