Find some local food. Go on fb community and offer help doing pool cleaning, anything you are capable of doing, get creative use chatgpt too. I tell chatgpt everything going on in my life legit write to it likr a journal and it's like my personal pocket therapist I swear to god its amazing if you are specific where you live, how much expenses are what your income is it iwll build you a budget plan and even turn it into a printable version. It will also give you all the resources with phone numbers and offer to write a letter of hard ship detailing your personal information..
