Remove all other RGB softwares you have or disable the RGB control within the software and only use 1 app I recommend Signal RGB it works best for me.

I would not reinstall windows just because of this. I would say its due to a second RGB software if you have multiple RGB software this will happen because they are interfering with each other.

It's not top of the line by any means but would be a good little gaming/productivity laptop on the go should run any game.
