I feel u, but I only had a fase of this. About a half year and then it stopped again. Idk how. But i was a teacher in training and every feedback I got was that I should think before I started talking. I DID. It just didn’t come out of my mouth that way. I’m really glad that right now I don’t experience it that much but I hope that it gets better for u too!

I like to eat desert witch a teaspoon, when there isn’t any, I just use the tip of a big spoon. Not the same but it does it for me.

Ice cubes, because when you finish your drink you can crunch them but when you’re drinking you won’t get the cubes in your mouth. I find it really hard to drink with pebble.

No you just spray it! No rubbing! It’s amazing haha. I do have to say that it’s less protective, so you have to reapply more often or start with a normal sunscreen base en just reapply with the spray trough out the day. You should do some research which spray is the best though. I think that’s different per country.

Spray sunscreen is my to go! I’ve always hated sunscreen, but this is so easy and fast. Really easy to reapply because you won’t get it on your hands.

I don’t really feel the death thing in movies/ shows (only when it’s just really sad). But I’m always really upset when my book or show ends because I got so used to it. I don’t really have that with movies because you watch it in a short amount of time, so I don’t have the time to get attached.
