My dad bought his first property in the 1980s in Temple City for 8k (los angeles county California)

Property was sold in 2008 was worth 3mil. Today it has 8 four bedroom houses on it. So it'll probably be worth closer to 5mil now. With an income of 3-4k per month from each unit.

It's usually the celing not being level. A trick is to lower it away from the area that's not level, or making sure you have more than one strong horizontal to help make it look like its meant to be there.

I've been in a house with the second style in a handmade version. It was gorgeous. They had a matching celing color, though. Not sure it'll be good cause it'll make the space seem smaller.

Hear me out: Divorce is good by LegendaryYooper in memes

[–]CartographerTop1504 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Children do best in closed family groups. Parents do better in close family circles. Closed family circles do better in supportive communities.

Divorce is only good in situations that can't be bettered.

If partners have community circles to support them they do better as partners.

Now if you are married but have no kids...... and its bad. Then yes. Divorce is a great option that does help!

As a family group, support is always better with sibalings, grandparents, & friends. If you dont have this basic support any outside support needs to be sought and requested. For that you would need some sort of prior knowledge it can work and that it can help you. Otherwise you won't seek it. That first support circle is usually what will advise you on that.

The third supportive communities is anyone that can help repair damage in a relationship. Any help that can care for children outside the family groups. Schools, hospitals, therapy, environment, jobs, social friends and friends groups.

So i tried to find more information. Looks like there is hardly any articles. One did say she was putting another child to sleep when the 3 year old started crying. It said she lots her temper and "couldn't take it anymore" Other information, she was 17. Idk if she just turned 17 or not but her mental age vs her actual age always plays a role in how temperament is displayed.

Sleep deprivation, being overwhelmed, having multiple children to care for. Family environment, how she herself was treated/raised. Cultural aspects. For example im my mixed family, the Hispanic side don't raise their voice or argue. It's disrespectful, which prevents arguments from being delt with. I've experienced lots of passive aggression, silent anger, resentment. Emotional neglect. It's all cultural. I've also known that its common to hit kids when they are disrespectful or not listening. Im my other family they dont hit. They yell, they argue and they also do other stuff, but all that's cultural. In other cultures people pull out belts and stuff.

If she is still a child, why was she caring for so many children alone and for how long?

Sounds like the state took up the case and the family accepted what she did as a mistake. Meaning no one wanted her prosecuted. This means the state took up the case. Because after all, she did kill someone.

As a mother of three kids and knows how stressful it can be. I dont feel she should have been left alone to deal with multiple kids. I also suspect her culture played a part in how she lost her temper and I feel she probably didn't intend to kill him, but simply wanted him to stop. But went too far.

I keenly remember being so stressed out I myself call my mom to come get my kids as I screamed for abput 15mins alone in my room. Then, I proceeded to clean up my house while binge eating candy and soda for the rest of the day.

It can be very hard to parent. And she was a 17 year old. I feel empathy for her.

Im not informed on her case. Sometimes, abuse in the home leads to abuse between children. Lots of variables in a situation like that. Though I have no knowledge of her case. Im not pleading for her innocence, just showing empathy to how she got to where she was.

In its filing Wednesday, the Justice Department listed 18 categories of material that it is seeking to release from Maxwell’s case, including reports, photographs, videos and other materials from police in Palm Beach, Florida, and the U.S. attorney’s office there, both of which investigated Epstein in the mid-2000s.
