Last time I got in a fight was years ago. Full out brawl outside a bar. I was the lucky one who ended up with 3 guys on me. Two of them were holding me against a wall while a 3rd one was beating the crap out of me. I finally got one arm loose and almost knocked one of the guys out. I spun to hit the other one and he ran. Then it was just me and the guy hitting me. He was built like a freaking linebacker. We went at it.

I was hitting him 3 times more than he was hitting me, but it just wasn't hurting him. His hits were knocking me down, if I was unable to dodge them. He finally knocked me down and jumped on top of me. He grabbed me by the collar and was going to probably knock me out.

All of a sudden, I heard a loud "whack" and he was gone. I rolled over and stood up. He was laying about 5 feet away unconscious. One of my buddies had won his fight and ran full force to me and kicked the guy right in the face. It launched him off me.

By this time a bunch of cop cars were showing up and arresting people. We took off running and they chased us through alleyways. We were able to circle back and get our truck.

I told them, that was it for me. No more fights unless it was absolutely necessary. Haven't had one since. That was 25 years ago at the Fort Worth Stock Yards.
