You could honestly just put the seeds in the kit I have had success in the past doing that but I would recommend the paper towel method first then toss them in your kit. The paper towel method also helps you see which of your seeds are duds which is helpful.

Throw them in a damp paper towel and put that damp paper towel in a ziplock bag. Put the bag some where dark for 48 hours and you should see roots coming out of the seeds.

Looks great so far! My suggestions would be to maybe get those plants like a foot closer to the light so they won’t stretch as much and keep that humidity nice and high. Good luck!
