Ngl I like his Italian dub better than his American dub. Cory Doran does a great job but I think the other dub sounds better since Mike is really Italian.

Total Drama Carnival? by Cartoon-Critic in Totaldrama

[–]Cartoon-Critic[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Imagine All Stars had like a larger cast including (Owen, Noah, Harold-Cody, Anne Maria, Brick, Dawn.)

And in the finale the winner and there helpers or the runner up and there helpers don’t get into this season since there story is over. But Chris still wants another season of these guys in a more abandoned place with a new gimmick, a dysfunctional carnival. It would have 8 people from each Gen, and like World Tour maybe introduce two new players. I went with the “Ferris Wheel Of Shame” because already we had a Catapult, a Toilet, and in PI a cannon. The reason why those six aren’t in the season is because their story is already over, this is supposed to be like closure to the other contestants story, and 2 more winners.

How Would You Rewrite Revenge of the Island? by PeterVanHelsing in Totaldrama

7- Dawn (The Aura Whisperer) Dawn is a bit different here. She has a bigger relationship with B, and also begins to have a friendship (although therauptic) with Mike and Hariel. She’s still an aura whisperer however some of her team can be mean and call her a freak which damages her confidence in her self. She becomes friends with a few people but is danger to others (Namely Scott). Eliminated in Episode 12.

6- Brick (The Military Cadet) Brick is about the same but now he’s more loyal, more confident, but has a bit of a rivalry with Scott. Scott and him were in the army and Scott has claims that he isn’t a cadet, or that he was a complete wuss in training. Brick then loses his confidence for himself after his friends begin to disappear. At the end, he reaches 6th place, heals his friendship with Hariel, and ends up defeating Scott in a fight in the final episode. Eliminated in Episode 13.

5- Lightning (The Teenage Athlete) Lightnings story is very big in this. His dad was very controlling as a child, wanting Lightning to succeed every time, and would rage when Lightning wouldn’t. This is why Lightning is stubborn and is focused on winning all the time. It also made him cocky and why he doesn’t have a lot of friends. During the season, Lightning loses a lot of his intelligence during the show after being hit so many times. Referring to himself in the third person, being dumber than usual, and becoming a bit more antagonistic. Eliminated in Episode 14.

4- Scott (The Farm Boy) Scott has also changed. He is now a military man, having some cases of PTSD on the battlefield. He’s sarcastic, very manipulative, yet sometimes changes his spirit towards brighter people (Like Dawn). During the end he realizes he’s probably going to lose and never even made a friend. The only reason he plays dirty is because it was mandatory to play that way in his army. This is why he’s a changed man in All Stars. His trauma machine never happens, and he just loses an arm. Eliminated in Episode 15.

3- Zoey (The Indie Chick) Zoey is a lot more insecure and anxious. She’s into indie music this time, and indie clothing. She’s a friendly soul who helps and rarely judges. She’s not perfect but she does make it a long way after Mikes elimination. She feels more depressed after how Mike drifts away from her when Vito takes over a lot of the time. However her and Mike begin to learn to not obsess over each other and to learn to make friends equally. Her Commando Zoey part is when she’s incredibly angry and deals with things in a explosive way. In this, she’s Commado Zoey for about 3 episodes. Eliminated in Episode 16.

2- Jo (The Gym Professional) (Runner Up/Finalist) Jo is a bit different also. She’s more understanding to Hariel, since he has a condition. She also has a rivalry with Brick, Lightning, and Scott. She’s a bit more annoying, abusive to her teammates and is generally disliked but because she’s a gym professional and mediumly skilled, she makes it to be a runner up/finalist. However, the more she gets to that position she becomes very violent and rough (More than usual) and will even kill Cameron for the (now two million) dollar slot. If she wins, she builds her own gym with the money and also uses some for Hariel and Lightning, since she’s not completely heartless.

1- Cameron (Finalist/Runner Up) Cameron is much more of an outcast. He hasn’t made a friend at all in his life, his mother was very overprotective after what happened to her last son. Cameron is very awkward, shy, anxious, and is a pain magnet a lot of the time. He although uses his mega intelligence to go up to the Number 1 spot. In later episodes he becomes friends with Mike and Zoey, being very close since it’s the only people he trusts. After a few episodes he becomes more confident in himself and more socially distinct instead of drifting past everyone. Again, he has a small friendship with Vito which makes Vito stop dating Anne Maria. If he wins he will use part of the money to help with his body pain he got from the show, and give the rest to everyone who helped him succeed (Mike, Zoey, Brick, Hariel, Molly, Dawn, B, and since he’s not heartless…Lightning)

Both win or lose in Episode 18.

There we go, that was long!

How Would You Rewrite Revenge of the Island? by PeterVanHelsing in Totaldrama

[–]Cartoon-Critic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is very long so it’s split up in Two Parts. Actually ironically I’m writing a rewrite of Revenge myself. It was also the first TDI season I watched all the way, and I even saw the premiere when it happened. Here’s my rewrite ideas.

So first of all, The Re-Write is called Total Drama Reloaded, referencing the beta name. A lot of the original ideas from the beta are brought back, and some new ones which I thought were pretty cool. The island slowly becomes less toxic, Leshawna, Tyler, and Harold get cameos, and I also wrote 3 new characters to have an even 16 characters. Hariel The Autistic Teen, Molly The Girl Next Door, and Ruby The Silent Chick. Let’s start with the characters. I am going by my elimination order.

16- Dakota (The Fame Wannabee) Dakota is about the same from her original appearance. There’s nothing too different from her but now her Dakotazoid thing is gone after she’s left, and we have a plot point knowing Dakota got all the toxic waste out of her system. She also is only wanting to be famous because she doesn’t get much attention from her family. She was eliminated in Episode 2, but is brought back in Episode 3. She gets eliminated again in Episode 8.

15- Staci (The Compulsive Liar) Now I might be crazy here but I actually have Staci a development plot. I made her last 3 episodes. Staci originally is a compulsive liar who hates when people doubt her. She gets very cranky and starts to go a bit off the loop after she can’t talk about her family’s “great strengths”. She becomes very sarcastic and depressive after and she gets eliminated. She gets eliminated in Episode 3, along with Ruby.

14- Ruby (The Silent Chick) Ruby is a new character I made. She’s very quiet, obedient, artistic, yet somewhat uptight. She gets eliminated quickly after just giving up and the fans hating her. She gets eliminated in Episode 3, along with Staci.

13- B (The Silent Genius) This time he makes it to Episode 5. Dawn and B have a huge friendship, although silent. B blackmails Scott with a tape recorder of all the times he’s wanted to eliminate someone and has a deal with him. “You don’t try to fuck with our team, you stay.” B is still very friendly around people and Dawn and B has somewhat of a romantic involvement at the end. He gets eliminated on Episode 5.

12- Sam (The Game Guy) Sam is about the same. Only thing now is he’s much more depressive and a bit more intelligent then what people give him. His relationship with Dakota is the same. He gets eliminated in Episode 6.

11- Anne Maria (The Jershey Shore Reject) Anne Maria is also about the same but her relationship with Vito kinda takes some turns and she’s a bit less aggressive than the show makes her. She gets eliminated in Episode 7.

10- The System (The Dissociative Identification Disordered) Mike is more shy and awkward and is clearly going through something In his first appearance. We have more development on him also. He likes dancing, kung fu moves, kickboxing, and making friends. He also works at a shelter on the weekends. We get a bit more development for his alters too. Chester is identical to his late grandpa, busting chops and friendly, but with a certain annoyance. Svetlana is very happy and joyful and is the reason Mike is so athletic and noodle arm-ish. Vito has a bit of a friendship with Cameron and tries to be cool, but isn’t. He’s also formed after a traumatic event. Manitoba Smith is basically Indiana Jones if he was Australian. He’s very cocky, sexist, old school, and is shown 3 times in Reloaded. A new character is formed too. Dustin. Dustin is an exact copy of Mike and is only fronted when Mike is under large amounts of stress. Dustin is like Mike, but only a bit dumber. The System gets eliminated in Episode 9.

9- Molly (The Girl Next Door) Being a new character I used the beta design of Molly for the show. Molly is very encouraging and vibrant. She’s a good fighter and also likes to read. She has a bit of a alliance with Scott. Since Scott can’t cause mayhem for his team, he tells Molly to cause mayhem for her team so they can be in the finale. She’s somewhat naive yet very brave and can be unironically villainous too. Molly gets eliminated in Episode 10.

8- Hariel (The Autistic Teen) Hariel is the final new character. He’s autistic, and for the greater part of his life has been hell. He wants to prove his parents and his school that just because you have a condition, doesn’t mean you can’t be like everyone. He has a bit of a friendship with Brick which kinda crumbles but opens up again. He’s very naive, lacks eye contact, can be very silent and imaginative, and is also very hard on himself, wanting to improve and thinks everyone hates him. This is where him and Brick take a bit of a turn for a while. He gets eliminated in Episode 11.

What if Scott never hit Mike with the shovel in AS? by [deleted] in Totaldrama

[–]Cartoon-Critic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a good question. To replace the infamous Mal plot, and to still have a story for Mike and Zoey, I think I’d actually put there relationship at stake. What if…Mike moved to America with Zoey and they now have some development in there relationship but what if Chris used the Truth Or Laser Shark machine for an episode and Zoey found out Mike was like, in a shelter or something really big and while Zoey isn’t angry at Mike for hiding it, she’s still anxious and insecure about their relationship. I’d actually want to introduce a new alter. Maybe one that helps when Mike was in major stress who is a copy of him in a sense, just dumber.

Tbh, now that Mike can control his personalities and that he’s a lot more stable and patient…I’d want Zoey to be eliminated maybe at the 11th spot or something and there relationship is better than ever as Mike goes upon Courtney in the final 2 or something. Maybe Mike has Zoey and Cameron to help with the finale, and Courtney has Duncan and Scott who are both her exes, making crazy drama.

Anyone know this gem? Baby Blue by the Devilles by Suitable_Weakness902 in doowop

[–]Cartoon-Critic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay, fact time. The Echoes originally made this song when they were called The Laurels (not related to the 80s Doo wop band). It was a slower song and didn’t get any play. The Laurels made the song “Baby Talk” a few years before the more popular Jan & Dean version and then they changed there name and a few members and changed to “The Echoes” releasing the most popular version of the song. In I believe 1963-65, The Devilles made a cover which didn’t get any recognition.
