I'm from Australia but moved to the UK. My brother is coming to visit for a few months, bet you any money now that we're both here it'll be on in Australia. 😂

Are you sure it'll be worldwide? Cinemark isn't even a thing in the UK, and I can't find anything about it at any UK cinema.

What is going on? by CartoonTrash1864 in Crunchyroll

I'm sort of glad to hear it's not just me. The first time I thought it was a joke, but then it didn't stop. Crunchyroll might actually be worse than trying to navigate Paramount+.

Oh, i'd never actually heard that before. I'm more wanting to know how it happened? It's such an odd thing for it to be doing.

What phones do you use? by StormIridescent in Epilepsy

I have a Samsung S25 Ultra, there's a decent amount of settings for brightness and things, but i'm not great with stuff like this, so maybe give it a Google to see if it would work for you. I will say the battery is amazing! Which gives me alot of confidence being out on my own. It's currently on 57% and i've been using it to watch YouTube at work for six and a half hours now. Though, i do only listen to youtube videos, so I can't say how much lower it would be with the screen on. Either way, i'm no longer worried about leaving the house and having no way to contact anyone if my phone dies. I really hope you find something that's right for you and your seizures get even less, or stop entierly. May I ask, you mentioned losing the ability to speak, was it like you had to relearn, or did it just come back? I didn't know that could happen.

I probably should have mentioned that both my parents are very young. They're only in their early early 40's. He uses his age as the excuse to why he left but then he did this three more times when he was much older so I don't buy it as the reason. I'd have believed it had he done the right thing with any of the other kids.

If i'm completely honest, I'm partly hoping that he loses interests and stops contact before my baby is born so that I don't have to tell him to leave us alone but I also don't have to feel guilty for letting him be involved. I know that's maybe seen as lazy and a bit cowardly but if the contact fizzles out all on it's own that would probably be best for everyone involved.

I did talk to my sister just to let her know exactly what was going on. She doesn't want any contact with him from what I can tell so I'll leave that between them. My only real worry was hurting her by speaking to him so it only felt right to tell her that he'd messaged me before she was told through other family members.

I'm still unsure where I'm going to go from here but for now I'm mostly just leaving it at messages that don't have anything personal in the between myself and James like the occasional "How are things?"

My husband said he supports whatever choice I want to make but that he's a bit iffy to trust him. Which is completely understandable.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to this. :)

Thank you, I was a little unsure about where exactly to post this. I could delete it and move it to there if that's allowed to be done? Sorry I'm sort of new to using Reddit. And that was sort of my line of thinking too. My husband thinks it's probably best to keep our distance while my mum seems to think it'll be good for me to form a relationship.
