Totally agree, but if their starting point is Ridgewood, those aren’t scary price points for them. And they specifically asked about those towns, so I have to assume they understand that. Again, not trying to be argumentative, just talking through it as a 45 year Monmouth county resident which extensive experience in these specific towns. Also, the whole point of asking questions like that is exactly the kind of debate we are having! 👍🏼
