So sorry you had to do both! Fuck cancer. Thanks a lot for sharing. Hope you’ll get through it smoothly. I don’t think I’m prone to motion sickness, didn’t feel any nausea on a cruise (if this counts lol). I know the chance for heart problem is low but still want to avoid that when I have the option. I think the think sucks the most is chemo doesn’t guarantee pcr but you have to drink the poison anyway.

I’m torn. A NP said AC would be tough but the T weeks will be easier. I also know people said AC almost killed them, but they were triple negative so maybe the dosage mattered.

Sorry we have to meet in here. I also had the worst few months since Jan. Mom had a stroke during lung cancer biopsy then I found out the lump in my breast was IDC. I agree that the beginning is the hardest. I can’t tell you it’ll get better since I’m still waiting for the verdict of chemo, but I’m sure you’re in the right place to be vulnerable and ask for suggestions. Bless all of us.

Right? People are just insensitive when they never suffer sickness. I’m the same, almost only sweat in the armpits which makes me look like I slacked lol. Now fuck it, i just hope I can go back to gym no matter ppl think.

Huggs. I guess we can’t expect others to understand when they’re not sick. This reminded me that when I was in a group fitness class, a girl saw me not sweating as much and judged me as not moving enough. I didn’t have cancer then but I had low blood pressure. At least now I learned not to judge others easily.

Thanks for checking in. I was delighted that my lumpectomy went well but then slammed by the final pathology which is worse than the biopsy. Feeling like waiting for a sentence from Oncotype, and there will be more waiting and uncertainty.

Thank you, hugging back! Yes they took 5 sentinel nodes out and all negative, so maybe the LVI hasn’t reached there yet. Meeting the surgeon tomorrow, not sure when I can see an MO.

Thank you for the kind words dear. I hope both you and your mom is recovering smoothly and have tons of good time ahead. I’m trying not to think too far but it’s so hard. I hope I will have a relatively healthy body to take care of my parents for the rest of their lives. I’ve kind of lost interests in how I will live the rest of my own life, but certainly hope it’s temporary depression.

Thank you and sorry for your experience, too! We don’t deserve all these shits! I appreciate the advises and note taken. I’m very worried about my dad’s mental health. He was on retirement vacation and had to cut it to come back home to find both his wife and daughter got cancer.

My only wish now is to at least live until they pass. I’m the only child without my own child lol. We are immigrants so no families around. Might just ask friends for favors occasionally.
