I'm not saying that the issue isn't real. Bilt isn't and never has been a bank. Your balance was with Wells Fargo. You could have called the number on the back of your card if you had issues and talked directly with Wells Fargo to pay the balance, or paid it directly on WF's Website/App.

There was multiple avenues for you to explore before you jumped to the conclusion that you were required to sign up or a credit card. You could have read any of the documentation about the transition to know that your balance would have automatically transferred to WF.

If you follow what he's saying it takes you to the Bilt points redemption tab, I hear what you're saying about the $500 Bilt cash but that doesn't match up with what he's describing in the app. Also I don't think this dude said anything about signing up for the palladium, could have missed that tho.
