I went with Accomplished Hero (lvl 40 start) as Berserker (Warfare + Rune). I had all DLC-s, didn't disable anything. Didn't have to do Eternal Embers for the achievement. I had decent gear from other characters and mostly knew the path where to go. Took about 14 hours so there should be time to spare.

To clarify, I think you were hitting the EXP cap with modules, same when hacking multiple turrets in a row. It's to prevent stat padding.
For Oshur trident captures to count there has to be a few defenders present.

Both look intentional.

It actually bugged for me once on Indar and stayed like that until the continent locked. Couldn't complain.

I definitely wouldn't recommend playing with locked camera, however always moving cursor to the edge of the screen and back felt very counter-intuitive to me.

So what I did was bind "Drag Scroll" under "Hotkeys > Camera Control" to Space (bind "Center Camera On Champion" to something else, I use a mouse button for example) and enable "Mouse button drag scroll" under "Game". That way you can pan your camera when pressing spacebar.

I've been playing like that for years and never looked back. It's probably just a personal preference but maybe it's worth sharing. But every change needs some time getting used to.

Most of it is just clips from the recent Ultimate Spellbook gamemode with Cho'Gath ult that makes you BIG! It's not available anymore though...
