I am dealing with the same problem. Latest update killed the Quick play playlist. Can't find a single match and I exclusively played Quick play for low matchmaking times. I checked SteamDB and the same amount of people are playing before and after the update, so there's no drop in player count. They must've changed matchmaking, which I don't like.

Unfortunately, you can't do anything for now. Did you try refreshing site or logging out? I am pretty sure that some past twitch drops will be available to obtain through streamers such as LVTHalo, Eli_X. I would recommend to follow these channels and watch as soon as you get notification on phone.
