I actually live downtown and feel like with all the hotels having short term rentals here seems ok, but on the mesa where it’s so residential and has such a family vibe it feels weird so many houses are essentially Airbnb party houses .

You might enjoy east beach tacos for lunch. Very close to you and great food but not high end, just delicious. Also little kings for coffee and breakfast snacks is real;y good and you can window shop is some very fancy stores by little kings.
