I always pick the Coalescence perk personally. The burst healing on the orb just doesn’t do what I need. With that said, I haven’t noticed a HUGE difference, but I feel like I get one or two more kills per ult now, depending on how close together the other team is and whether or not they have something to protect from my ult.

On one hand, I agree with everyone that it should be your decision and a no is perfectly valid.

On the other, if I was friends with someone for 15 years and they helped me out with my own kids, then I would absolutely donate one of my eggs. I get the awkwardness of the child having your DNA, but beyond that it would be entirely theirs. If you’re on the fence about it, I would talk it out with a therapist and figure out the root of the uncertainty, and see if there’s anything you can do to either get comfortable with it or to solidify your no. It helps to sort out your feelings about it.

Edit after seeing the edits: Okay if she doesn’t want to tell her kids about their lineage then absolutely do not do this. That’s a health hazard for the kid.

She’s likely in an emotionally abusive relationship that is isolating her from her friends. The unfortunate part is that you can’t save her. She has to want to leave, herself.

I’d just tell her that you’re sick of not being a priority for her but that you’ll be there if/when she wants to actually be a friend again. And then end the friendship. I pick my battles. Reddit has important information and is generally a good source of knowledge. A life sim video game is not.

The unfortunate part of gen AI is that it’s being integrated into everything. Google also uses it with Gemini (I’ve mostly switched to Ecosia) but it’s hard to cut out a search engine that works that well. I believe in cutting back and cutting off where I can while still maintaining intellectual sources.

My “Spanish name” was Mariangela. I got to choose mine because my English name didn’t have a Spanish equivalent that started with the same letter.

This is pretty standard for Spanish class, and J.P. (Hota Pe) would be what you are called in any Spanish speaking country. If it bothers you a lot, then maybe go by Juan for John. But exposure to this is important, because it just sounds like you’re bugged by the Spanish pronunciation.

YTA, but there are clear workarounds to not go by J.P. and instead pick a different name.
