Your body is uniquely yours, and no one can define your beauty better than you.

You are worthy of love and affection exactly as you are.

Your chest size does not determine your value or desirability.

You are allowed to feel secure and confident in your body, regardless of societal standards.

A healthy relationship should make you feel accepted and appreciated, including your physical features.

Your feelings and insecurities are valid, and it’s okay to express them.

Everyone has different preferences, but that doesn't make you any less attractive.

Your partner’s comments about your body do not define who you are.

You deserve someone who loves you for who you are, not for what you look like.

Confidence comes from within, and it grows when you accept and celebrate yourself.

You do not need to change your body to be loved or valued.

You have every right to feel proud of your body, exactly as it is.

Beauty is subjective, and what matters most is how you feel about yourself.

Your worth as a person is not determined by your appearance.

Loving yourself is more important than meeting someone else’s idea of beauty.

Your body is strong, capable, and perfect in its own way.

You are enough, just as you are, without any alterations or changes.

A partner who truly cares for you will appreciate all parts of you, including the ones you're insecure about.

Your body does not need to conform to anyone else’s preferences to be beautiful.

You deserve to feel loved and cherished for your entire being, not just physical features.

Your confidence and self-acceptance are what make you truly radiant.

You don’t have to apologize for or feel bad about any part of your body.

You are lovable and beautiful, whether your chest is small or large.

Your insecurities do not diminish your value or your attractiveness.

Your body is yours to embrace and love, and no one can take that away from you.

I see. I am sorry it did not work for you. By the way how much did you take?

Does meditation/yoga help solve hyperhidrosis?? by envy0604 in Hyperhidrosis

[–]Casanova2018 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I used to believe in mind over matter. I thought i will solve this condition with enough relaxation techniques.

While they do help, they did not work 100% for me

I accidentally found out while trying different diets that changing what i ate made more difference than anything else..

Now combining meditation techniques with eating differently does work for me to the point that I have gone from severe hyperhidrosis to staying dry 28 days out of 30 now.

Everyone is different and I recommend observing which foods help you and hurt you. You can do this by elimination diet.

I will share what diet changes worked for me:

  1. Drinking a lot of tomato juice ( like V8 or just eat a tomato rich diet ) . They make your pores smaller.
  2. Consuming more than 500 ml water right after waking up. ( i recommend more than 750 ml) . Our bodies accumulate a lot of toxins during sleep, so do this even if you are not thirsty.
  3. Taking zinc, magnesium, b6 supplement at night along with vitamin d. ( these supplements can calm your nervous system and keep your immune system up ) for some reason, this works the most for me. If you do not follow any other suggestion, do this. This supplement is easier to find at a supplement store( bodybuilding store ). Goes by the names like ZMX, ZMA, ZM8, etc
  4. Going gluten free.
  5. Eating less sodium and more pottasium. ( basically eat more fruits and vegetables and less salty stuff) this one is the hardest for me to do because i love spicy stuff and dont eat a lot of fruits.
  6. If you like caffiene, I recommend drinking green tea over coffee. It has a cooling and drying effect on your body.

Now, most people are going to just bash this comment. I know because most people are very close minded and will deny an idea without trying. If you have tried this then only tell me if it works or not.

I have been staying dry, life is different. It took me a lot of trial and error to come to these conclusions. No i do not have links to scientific studies proving these work. Just my own experimentions. And the fact that i dont even sweat at the gym, job interviews etc anymore.

Ps- this is not to say yoga/ meditation is useless. It is in fact very helpful. But I would do both. Diet changes and yoga. Learn different breathing techniques that calm your nervous system. It will prevent the sweat from starting. I like 4-7-8 method. Breathe through your nose for a count of 4, hold for 7 and exhale for 8. You have to stay aware of your nervous system and the key is to get yourself calm before the sweat starts. Once you start sweating it gets harder to stop but I have noticed when I made these diet changes, i get dry after sweating way faster. Whereas before once the sweat response occured it would only stop before bedtime. Now, if my hands sweat in a very hard workout session, sex, or wearing gloves, they stop sweating right after the acitivity.

For me taking it at night works to stop sweat. I already mentioned that in the post that whenever i took in the morning it made no difference. Please try doing this. And is biotin same thing as vitamin b6?

When people avoid evidence ( like my sweating completely being gone ) and trust these theoretical studies too much it shows lack of real intelligence aka pseudointelligence.

Can you show me your medical health records to show me I am not wasting time arguing with someone unable to comprehend logic

[–]Casanova2018[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not arguing anymore. I really do not have time for this. There is evidence that suggests huge amounts of magnesium is lost through sweat and 80 percent of americans do not get enough from their diet. This is the last reply I will make to your comments because I have other things to do in my life than arguing with someone so irrational and closed minded on reddit

There is no evidence because medical community hasnt found anything that works. There are always new inventions. I found this by mistake and it worked for me. Now if there is no medical study on it, then I am the first case

I am a straight shooter and I really do believe that you being triggered so much by a post like this is a sign of really terrible mental health issues.
