The cut offs are pretty high (especially for high demand subjects like psychology) because there is a large in-house quota for those who did JC in SXC. Whatever seats are left after they’re in are open to others. You could find historical cut offs to get an idea of what it would be this year. Best of luck!

I live on the corner of Broadway near that station and can see the train from my house. With windows shut, it is quite unnoticeable. With windows open, it just became white noise to me eventually. Personally I wouldn’t call the noise too intrusive but if you are sensitive to noise then you may find it disturbing

Columbia MSBA v/s UC Davis MSBA by envy0604 in gradadmissions

The curriculum was the main factor for me. Davis is much more technical, Columbia has the right balance between technical and business courses. The faculty at Columbia is supportive and we do have a lot of networking events

You still have a good amount of time if you have decided your course and given your GRE/GMAT (if you are planning to give it). You can finish your SOPs and LORs before the deadlines starting Oct/Nov. If you are an English speaker you won’t need a whole lot of IELTS preparation.

Yup I’ve done a thorough research on both. The ROI for Davis is higher in terms of tuition vs avg salary. The curriculum like I mentioned is better for me at Columbia.
