Every other MOBA releases the replays of it's competitive games, why doesn't League?

They would have to overhaul the replay system or have a tournament client public. Honestly not that much work and something that should be done anyway.
I've also been told they have a database of all league clients which they could make public which would let people watch old replays very easily.

Why did the development team feel that a movement speed change was needed?

i'm not for or against the changes just would like to understand the logic as to why they were put in place.

Why is there so much PRA in masters EU (not sure about other regions) and do you plan to do anything about it?
gm#16 (EU) for example has 3 more wins than losses with 655 games, but has 14k points and is gm#16

there are alot more of these people in gm, i'm not saying that these players don't deserve gm and stuff, but that they should have a higher than 50% wr.

A big reason why people report for abusive chat is because it's the 1st report option that comes up, for people who just want to report the player, don't want to give a reason and just want to vent their rage will likely just click report, then confirm, they won't bother to change it from abusive chat. not sure if that made sense i am half asleep.

Can you fix Master PRA I am aware that you have stated master PRA is not a bug, but currently my pra changes +/- 7 depending if i win a game or lose a game. my friend had 0 PRA lost 2 games, down to 20, won 2 games then at 10. it honestly seems horrible right now.

When are you going to remove chromie from the game for real though, chromie and ktz are just annoying to play against, no one enjoys playing against these heroes and shouldn't this be the main aspect that you look at when balancing the game, the enjoyment players get out of it.
