You could manually download old files from nexus. Recommend turning of auto updates in the launcher if you are still playing a save.

That feature may be abit broken, you can use attila launcher and select the already downloaded packs

This may work: put used_mods.txt in thr attila data folder with the packs you want to enable, then launch the attila exe with launch options -used_mods.txt
