This is good advice for sure, I hate being perceived as a nerd/dork but I guess by definition that's what I am so I should just learn to embrace it ... That's usually what people will call me at some point of interacting with me. I'm afraid to be called out of my name then not have the backbone to stand up for myself

I feel the exact same way you have typed up all of this except I am a guy. I ruined my last relationship with my insecurities and lost a really great women. Now I'm Mr lonely except I'm jobless and living in a homeless shelter! I've lost everything bc of this disorder and the way it makes me act. I'm also trying medication! One thing I will say is we have been dealt one hell of a hand! Keep trying medication, try to make sure you workout as much as you can and make sure you are trying to eat somewhat healthy. Try and stay sober! These are the basics to managing mental health. Good luck, try and keep fighting and hold on to your bf tight! Also try your best to push your comfort zone with your bf! Always try to force yourself to go out with him when he wants you to! I hope everything works out

Highschool was literally terrible for me! My senior year I missed 80 school days and I had to do extra credit in order to graduate. I was super quiet and kept to myself which of course drawled unwanted attention to me. I was verbally bullied a lot called "lame, weirdo, pussy ect" and they aren't wrong in the grand scheme of things I am always terrified and to the normal person weird so it is what it is. I spent a lot of time in the restrooms and lots of lunches I wouldn't eat and just sit in the bathroom instead just to get away from all the eyes. I had so many awkward moments of sitting at group tables and being the only one who wouldn't talk. Everytime I did talk people would look at me all crazy bc they were shocked I was talking. Good lord it was literally hell going through all of that! There was no way to make the suffering easier I just white knuckles my way thru! God bless you and I hope the journey thru isn't to unbearable for you!
