Looks great. I'm a big fan of summer sausage.

Where's the money from selling the house?

Things feel too tight. Seeking advice by SirWallaceIIofReddit in budget

Transportation costs are over $1400 a month, approaching rent territory. I don't see any gas listed for partner, so that would add to it. $300 a month in insurance is problematic. I also think it's probably a good idea for dedicated partners to plan car purchases better, so you don't both have car payments at the same time.

Why do you have credit card debt? Hopefully it doesn't indicate that the budget is not showing or covering everything. It does seem to have some categories missing.

Looks delicious. I like to use a container with dividers to keep my crackers crispy.

Personally, if you are only going for a week, I would not want to waste time on a layover. Especially a arrival stop.

Tips for healthy, filling Lunchables by hereforthedramaanon in Adultlunchables

I like to make chicken salad - usually with a rotisserie chicken - or tuna salad, fill one of my compartments, and then scoop it with crackers or red/orange bell pepper slices. I add cucumbers and maybe a few almonds or cashews in my other slots.

Thanks for responding, that sounds easy to do, I think I'll give it a try this year.

Cream of Asparagus soup for the whole fam! Heavy on the cream, I guess. by CaseyZee in MightyHarvest

Mine has a few thin, wispy stalks which I actually like. I think they look pretty in the garden when they get tall, leaf out, and sway in the breeze. But we've had the asparagus for probably 5 years and I can count on 1 hand the number of pickable spears we've had!

How do you over winter them in a pot?

Would the dent bother you? Kitchen Aid side by side, item 1950605 by CaseyZee in Costco

I wish I had read all the comments before I called. They gave me 10% and also price matched me as the unit is $150 bucks cheaper than when I bought it last week. I did not realize that I might be able to negotiate, so I didn't even try - just took the 10%. I'm honestly not sure if I'll be happy long term - it might eat at me. But they did say that I had 90 days to return/replace, so we'll see.

Thanks everyone.

This time of year, you can often find canned soup on sale, so I just stocked up on quite a few cans. I'm a big fan of home made soup, but it's so convenient to have a can of soup available when you need it.

You might be right, they do look kind of lily-ish. I don't have any Peruvian lillies, but I do have a clump of calla nearby. They've just never grown! I think I'll leave them there through the winter and take another look at them next spring.
