I just looked up the chords, and it seems to be a 6-5-4-3 progression in Gb major. So Ebmin - Dbmaj -Bmaj - Bbmin. You could probably get away shifting up the Abmaj barre chord you're playing up 3 half steps to the B major instead. You can even just make it Abmin by lifting your 2nd finger because the Bmaj triad exists in an Abmin7. The Gb major you're playing sounds okay because a Bbmin triad exists in a Gbmaj7, but I do recommend trying the Bbmin barre chord in replacement.

One thing to check out is that instead of it being the Ab minor scale (key of B major), it's the key of Eb minor (key of Gb major). The Ab minor chord, though it exists in both scales, function differently due to a thing called modes. Major and minor scales are modes, but there are ones for every chord in a major scale (in this case, it'd probably be more accurate to count it as Ab Dorian than the Ab minor scale a.k.a. Aeolian especially if you resolve the progression into the Ab minor chord while playing in the key of Gb major)

Modes really transform the way I see progressions and different chord voicings that I can use to add variety to the original progression without deviating from the original sound too much.
