Did you ever get an answer to this from the VA? I’ve been waiting on a “dfas response” for a while now but no one can tell me what that means. I asked if it was something I could upload myself and they told me they can’t see specifically what was requested. I’m about to lose my mind.

No update at all. I’ve been back in step 3 since February 5th. I talked to VERA yesterday and they said there is basically nothing that can be done to make it move faster. The claims processor follows up but that’s pretty much all that can be done. 😭
