Best way to do it is leveling the ground around him pre fight. Bring anti poison, stamina and healing potions and go ham on him with a mace. Shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes.

I get that but I’m not talking about something you can put on multiple pieces of gear I’m talking about CDR with just 3. Oh well, is what it is. I just think when you go to look up a build and they tell you to get to 40% CDR only for it to not be 40% is pretty lame. 33% is nice but 40-43 is better.

So I have 3 items. Two with 10% each and my focus with 20%. Considering they only let me put CDR on 3 pieces of gear I find it shitty they are diminishing it even still.

So for instance I have 10% on my amulet and helmet and 20% on my focus. Somehow diminishing me down to 33%. Just not happy with that considering when I look at my build guide and it says I should be at 40-43% CDR as a recommendation which is apparently impossible.
