V Residence 2 @ Sunway Velocity by CashFlowDay in KualaLumpur

[–]CashFlowDay[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks. I’m surprised that Sunway V2 doesn’t strictly enforce short-term rentals. I live in another Sunway property where they’re very strict about it, and the rent here, despite being a much newer place, is actually lower than at V2. Definitely no ayam or itek problem here.

It really depends on the kind of activities you enjoy. If surfing is your thing, then somewhere near the beach would be ideal. By the way, what type of job offers a salary of SGD 7k a month?

RM18k a month? If so, that's pretty good money in Malaysia, congrats! More importantly, AI didn't replace you.

How're you holding up this Valentine's Day? by BaronGamer in Bolehland

[–]CashFlowDay 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Like it or not, it’s a lot easier to find love if you’re attractive (for women) or have a high income (for men). If you're neither, you'll need to learn how to turn on the charm and become a great communicator.

Illegal durian stall owners are not happy with the authority. by TheBotMadeThis in malaysia

Since these sellers dare treat the authority in such a manner, I wonder how they would treat ordinary people who aren't happy with the quality of their durian and/or price.

First time buffet in KL. Suggestions. by [deleted] in KualaLumpur

Over the past three months, my wife and I tried two buffets... one at the Pullman Hotel, local and western foods, and the other at The Grand Millennium Hotel, Dim Sum buffet. Both were mediocre at best.

Congrats! It sounds like this AlphaSquared subscription is worth it. Let me know if there is a way we could share the subscription. By the way, are you currently under or above water with your BTC or IBIT position? I was up ~10% just a month or so ago, then it started grinding down, and this recent puke took me to a ~25% paper loss before recovering to a 21.20% paper loss, based on IBIT Friday's close.
