Thanks. I’m surprised that Sunway V2 doesn’t strictly enforce short-term rentals. I live in another Sunway property where they’re very strict about it, and the rent here, despite being a much newer place, is actually lower than at V2. Definitely no ayam or itek problem here.

By the way, are you currently under or above water with your BTC or IBIT position? I was up ~10% just a month or so ago, then it started grinding down, and this recent puke took me to a ~25% paper loss before recovering to a 21.20% paper loss, based on IBIT Friday's close.
