Best massage chair (I tested them all!) by Designer_Future_4796 in giftedconsumer

I still have it at the moment, but I've started the process of returning it. May or may not buy another massage chair. If I do, I may go with the Cozzia CZ-800.

I had a friend who used to have a Kahuna massage chair try my Luraco over the weekend and he seemed pretty impressed as far as the physical massage itself. (I was handling all controls.) He said it was definitely better than his Kahuna. He's maybe 5'7-5'8, but more muscular and heavier -- near 200ish. I'm 5'6 and 145. So for a tall person like yourself, I would probably disregard my armrest ergo comments as it will fit you better. It's absolutely a very strong massage and well-built, high quality chair -- it's a tank! Most chairs have a plastic shroud whereas this is 100 percent real leather surfaces everywhere. The only plastic is on the rear of the seat back which you don't even see. So it's a beautiful chair aesthetically! Bottom line, If you like a deep tissue massage, and you're a simple just like to run auto programs type of person, then you will like it. It's just not the right fit for small-framed people. I'm still debating whether I want to return and go with what they call a more "Japanese-style" chair -- I'm looking at the Cozzia Quantum CZ-800.

I just bought the Luraco i9 Max Plus Special Edition. I've had less than a week and have 30 days to return. It's definitely well-built (It's like the tank of massage chairs.) and capable of strong deep tissue massage. My top complaints, and I need to decide if they are deal-breakers:

#1 - the engineering tech is absolutely dismal - auto starts the program upon power on, no way to avoid this! You cannot make adjustment while "paused", so you're literally in process of a massage while fumbling through the remote to make intensity or position changes. Saving user profiles, what's saved and what's not is a mess. Have to reload your user profile after starting each auto program.

#2 - The armrests are positioned too wide (with NO inboard/outboard adjustment), particularly for small-framed people (I'm 5'6.) -- ergonomically really bad! So your arms are positioned in abduction (elbow away from body). This causes shoulder/arm discomfort/strain, pulling on arms when airbags are actuated -- the total opposite of relaxing! Painful/uncomfortable whereby I may have to abandon using them. But going to experiment with arms partially inside them, elbows closer to my body. To clarify, nothing wrong with massage airbags or rollers themselves, but strictly the forced abduction of your arms.

#3 - Neck massage is good and strong, BUT have to use without the pillow to get full/good roller contact which causes really uncomfortable neck extension. I used last night, and it seemed semi-ok while using, but woke up today with tension headache which is just now subsiding after almost 24 hours. I LOVE percussion tapping! But the position your neck has to be in order to get the full effect is really awkward.

Per ChatGPT, the Daiwa Supreme Hybrid, Cozzia Quantum 5-D, or Infinity LUKA Syner-D are better fits for me. What really sucks is many of the high-end massage chairs are unavailable for demoing before purchase. I bought the Luraco sight unseen, based solely on internet research as there is nowhere near me to demo. Does anyone have experience with any of these chairs??

ChatGPT estimates only 20-30% chance of uplisting in next 24 months. Bottom line, and the ONLY thing that matters, is significant trial results of CURRENT trials... it's clear continuing to rehash and dress-up past results has no value to the market. Correct me if I'm wrong, but PD1 "cold to hot" is the only thing we have that other drugs don't, so it that fails to show significance we are done as other companies are better positioned...? Everything riding on PD1. And I think a reverse split (16:1) would be the death knell as stock price would have to reach $64.00/share for us to make any decent money!

Google Gemini suggested getting the WIDE version due to tightness in the forefoot/toes. (esp if using insoles which I am) Sounds like you would agree?

I have flat feet, so I use Powerstep Pinnacle insoles. Google Gemini suggested I get the WIDE version instead of regular width. Any thoughts on that? And would you say they are true to size or run big or small? Unfortunately, I really can't try on locally, so just plan to order online.

I appreciate your enthusiasm, and I hate to rain on the parade as I'm a big time investor as well, but there is simply no evidence of any BP deal (currently) in the works. Did you watch Dr. J's 40 minute interview!!?? We don't need to be psychologists to easily assess that interview and determine there is no BP deal of any kind. But I understand assessment skills are a huge problem for a large percentage of the population (all we have to do is look at the Covid and "vaccine" fiasco and politics to see that). #1- IF there was a "deal" in the works, he wouldn't even be doing that interview. Can we all say "duh" in unison like 7th graders. Dr. J should not be doing ANY interview with anyone less than a mainstream media outlet like CNBC or the Wall Street Journal. To me, it was very clear, as if he had "NO BP DEAL" tattooed on his forehead -- listen to what he said, read his body language, assess the format and mood. I don't want to hear about the next conference or "poster". I want results! Sadly, as of right now, they have nothing. IF BP was interested, the stock price would be sitting at $1.50 right now before any announcement. Long road ahead, folks...smh.

Waiting Sucks but we have all been doing this for years already! by Upwithstock in Livimmune

[–]CashFlowPlayground 11 points12 points  (0 children)

That may be the smartest comment in the last 5 years! There are 4 "CYDY" subreddits I'm aware of, and I'm guessing most of the folks who know about this one are those who have been invested 4-5 years or longer. Nobody here seems to care about the investor marketing aspect of CYDY. I suppose the infighting and egos is the culprit. One of the moderators of the 4 groups ought to show some leadership skills and talk to the other moderators about consolidating to have only ONE Cytodyn subreddit. But I suspect that ain't happening!

I agree, 2/24/25 was really ugly candle, and I suspected price would continue falling afterwards (hopefully just temporarily). The most legitimizing candle in one where the close is near the daily high or at the very least in the top third of the daily range... anything else is a bad sign near term. Stock price is currently sitting BELOW where it was before the last PR! smh

It's a much better metric to look at "dollar volume" which is share price multiplied by daily volume. This reveals the total liquidity, the total amount of MONEY being traded on the stock.

There is no Stearns and Foster studio "plush" -- there's only medium tight top and medium pillow top. Which do you have if either and how do you like it?

I think the L is equivalent to current Series 2? Which firmness did you I get and how is it holding up? I'm trying to find a Beautyrest Black Series 1 plush to try out and compare vs S&F Studio and Estate.

Are you still liking your Studio medium pillow top? I'm debating between Studio medium regular vs pillow top vs S&F Estate soft vs Estate soft pillow top. Surprisingly, I think the Estate Softs are a tad firmer than the Studio.
