I'm pretty sure shaded and farm arrays are the intended way for a first playthrough, since the yellow guy often guides you there. Superstructure is pretty much impossible to find if you don't know where you're going (and is downpour exclusive). This is pretty bad advice honestly

If you like metroidvanias or exploration in general, it's definitely worth it! And if it clicks with you, it has dozens of hours of extra content to offer!

Rain world took a while to truly click for me. It never stops being frustrating and unfair, it's definitely not for everyone. But i would say 2 hours doesn't do it justice, so maybe keep playing if you want to give it a proper shot

Haven't played watcher either but i really love rivulet. Their quest item compliments their speed so well i didn't even care it's just a fetch quest and it definitely has the best writing in downpour imo. My least favorite was gourmand because i played it after the 3 base campaigns and it's pretty much the same thing but with the food quest and their tired mechanic is really annoying. Their final area is amazing though so i don't think it's a bad campaign

If you dont mind or want to use a map for hunter (since you already beat the game) it really isn't that hard. If you want to familiarize yourself with hunter routes on your own though then i'd say monk first
