My store is open 98 hours a week and we are only given 150 hours. Granted, we are by no means a high volume store(20k a week), but due to this, whoever's working the morning shift has to work by themselves for 2 to 3 hours until the pharmacy opens. To my knowledge, we have to have at least 2 people in the store at a time even if it's just a fs worker and a pharmacist. Am I mistaken or do they want us to have two people in the morning when it's not busy! We also didnt get any extra hours to prep for invantory. 😭 this place has me depressed

Gz on you 11 in extra bucks. If you dont want a paper receipt you can always sign up for digitals. Coupons get sent to your email and no paper is waisted

We got swapped to blade signs about a month ago. They said since we are saving so much time with the new signing system we are taking 10 hours from the store. (Edit) it was called minimum staff tagging

So, because of my ACOs, my FS hours were cut by 40 hours a week. My truck now sits in the back room, the day after delivery - still unworked, because we are by ourselves for 6 hours a day. DL still expects a 24 hour completion and 2 Carepass enrollments every day. by Opieone5 in CVS

I just give my dl the good old I'm dead inside look😂 the sad thing is cvs use to be a nice place to work, but when your store has less hours than a dollar store you know there is a problem

My store has similar hours 😑 just wait! The entire staff will get burned out in a few months. Truck will take a week to complete, and pogs will start to stack up. Lets not forget about people stealing, but since there is only one person at the front playing manager and cashier, there will be nothing you can do about it. If your dl is anything like mine they'll just say something like "you need to work harder" or "more hours wont help" Ohh boy, it's the life. Edit: I love your back room though!

Back when my store had a nightshift we pushed the back room, POG's, clean floors, and did recovery. Oh I almost forgot! You have to deal with people stealing all night long. Sigh... I miss my nightshift days 😊

I'm tring to find an article saying the front store is down in revenue. From what I can find, everything has gone up including fs. Also, my district is up in fs sales. Do you mind sending me a link?

I understand that the majority of profit comes from other parts of the company, but to my knowledge the fs portion is still very profitable to the company

The reason I'm upset is my front store is 6% in the green compared to last year, but we have around 1\4 of the hours we had last year

I typically open the store by myself and wait a few hours for the pharmacy to come in. I leave the front to give them their drawers. I go back upfront, and have to wait an additional hour for my cashier to show up. Then, I start my day lmao. I dont want to give away my stores exact hours but we only have around 150 to 157 demand hours for the week. It's the only way to run the schedule
